Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any pending verification or investigation procedures, subject to applicable bonus forfeiture rules.
A Player may close their at999 Account at any time by contacting the at999 support team. Requests for Account closure must be submitted by the registered Account holder and will be processed after any pending bets are settled and outstanding verification requirements are met.
